Mint Relief - 100% pure essential oil blend (5ml)

About: This powerful blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender, and rosemary work together to help relieve headache pain and tension of sore muscles.

Ingredients: 100% pure peppermint - mentha arvensis (herb), eucalyptus - eucalyptus globulus (wood/leaves), tea tree - melaleuca alternifolia (leaf), rosemary - rosmarinus officinalis (herb), lavender - lavandula angustifolia (flower) essential oils.

Instructions:

• Diffuse - Apply 1-2 drops of oil on our wooden diffuser jewelry to smell amazing all day long; or drop 6-8 drops of Mint Relief Essential Oil Blend in your favourite nebulizer or ultrasonic diffuser.  
• Inhale - Breathe in deeply straight from the bottle. Repeat as needed.
• Apply (as a perfume or in massage) - always use a safe dilution ratio when applying topically to the skin; a general safe dilution ratio would be 3-6 drops of Mint Relief Essential Oil Blend to 1 Tbsp carrier oil (e.g., olive, sweet almond, fractionated coconut, jojoba oil, etc.).
