Walk in the Woods - 100% pure essential oil blend (5ml)

About: Transport yourself into a Canadian forest as you breathe in the crisp, clean, and fresh scents of Black Spruce, Pine, Fir, and Cedarwood with our Into the Woods Blend. Inhaling this invigorating blend will give you an aromatic experience of forest bathing, or, shinrin-yoku (a Japanese eco-practice coined in the 1980's). Take a break from the hectic work day and reconnect with nature.

Ingredients: 100% pure black spruce - picea mariana (needles/twigs), scotch pine - pinus sylvestris (needles/twigs), balsam fir - abies balsamea (needles), cedarwood atlas - cedrus atlantica (wood) essential oils.

Instructions:

• Diffuse - Apply 1-2 drops of oil on our wooden diffuser jewelry and smell amazing all day; or drop 6-8 drops of Into the Woods Essential Oil Blend in your favourite nebulizer or ultrasonic diffuser.  
• Inhale - Breathe deeply, straight from the bottle. Repeat as needed.
• Apply (as a perfume or in massage) - always use a safe dilution ratio when applying topically to the skin; a general safe dilution ratio would be 3-6 drops of Into the Woods Essential Oil Blend to 1 Tbsp carrier oil (e.g., olive, sweet almond, fractionated coconut, jojoba oil, etc.).

Not for use with children under 7. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and ears.
