Serenity - 100% pure essential oil blend (5ml)

About: Calming yet uplifting, our Serenity blend aims to uplift you, easing feelings of sadness and unrest.

Ingredients: 100% pure bergamot - citrus bergamia (peel), frankincense - boswellia serrata (resin), and lavender - lavandula angustifolia (flower) essential oils.

Instructions:

• Diffuse - Apply 1-2 drops of oil on our wooden diffuser jewelry and smell amazing all day; or drop 6-8 drops of Serenity Essential Oil Blend in your favourite nebulizer or ultrasonic diffuser.  
• Inhale - Breathe deeply, straight from the bottle. Repeat as needed.
• Apply (as a perfume or in massage) - always use a safe dilution ratio when applying topically to the skin; a general safe dilution ratio would be 3-6 drops of Serenity Essential Oil Blend to 1 Tbsp carrier oil (e.g., olive, sweet almond, fractionated coconut, jojoba oil, etc.). Please note cautions below re: phototoxicity.
